Hi everyone. I’m alive. Let me start off by saying this.
Seeing that I’ve made a lot of people wait like 10~11 months, I’ll drop the link here so people don’t need to wait any longer.

Now for those of you that care, let me continue on a bit of a rant/excuses.
Since my last post, life’s been extremely busy, working full time with long commute times really drains a lot of energy leaving no free time during the weekdays, and I’ve been doing a bunch of other stuff focusing on my actual life whenever I actually might have had any “free time” during the weekends. I started up this project by myself when I was still jobless and had more free time, and naively thought I could finish all this, but things happened. On top of all this, doing a VN translation all by yourself and having to edit and proof-check your own translation is one of the most demoralizing things that you could ever do. Coupled with the fact that my actual translation skills felt like they improved the further along I got in, looking back at my first translation portions really made me feel like I needed to go back and fix everything to the best of my ability (which I think I at least tried to do). If I ever do another translation project (though probably very unlikely), I will never do one alone. I will definitely get myself a proper dedicated editor at the bare minimum.
On another more negative view, I will also say that translating a VN has also kind of sucked away a lot of my enthusiasm about reading VNs in general. I still really do love the medium and I’m sure I’ll start up reading a new VN at some point down the line in the near future, I think I just need a break from this medium for a bit. The agony of being unable to start anything new as there was this constant voice in my head telling me that I needed to get this project over with before doing anything else has been…. more of a mental struggle than I ever imagined. At the very least, I can now finally put this project to an end.
Will I update the translation at some point to fix up any errors people might find in the meanwhile? Maybe. But honestly, I just need a break.
Though a lot of you may be thinking that I’ve had 10 months of a break, trust me, it’s not as clear cut as you think it is.
Thank you very much, and I really do hope you all enjoy this wonderful VN as it truly is one of my favorite works of all time, reconfirmed by the countless times I’ve had to re-read this VN over the course of this project.

I noticed that a lot of sentences don’t end in punctuation like periods or question marks
Is that because you went for a more literal one to one translation even if it meant keeping all the original Japanese punctuation as is?

Absolutely amazing work. As someone that tried to learn japanese for 3 years but gave up, I want to say thank you for allowing non-japanese readers a chance to read this. I didn’t read it either though but it looks pretty good nonetheless and will definitely give it a go

Omg, that’s a true hell achievement! Congrats! Don’t worry, I understand you. I will never be a translator, because of easy burnout in this case (for me it’s terrible, really). I am just shocked everytime, when I see fan translated completed projects. You know, many such projects just stalled for YEARS, exactly because of burnout, drop of motivation, etc.
Thaaanks!

Thank you now and forevermore.
That’s one more off the JOP-kamige list
Hope to see you and your crew personally shred the ever living shit out of it someday, sometime and if not you then surely someone someplace else in the community.
